Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Defender account or visit our Support Center to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully pack all cameras, DVRs, cables, and mounting hardware in their original packaging to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
